Personal Care Attendant (PCA)/Caregivers
Immediate assignments!
Provide various personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of care. Provide for the personal needs and comfort of people in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Preparing meals and special diets
• Performing general housekeeping activities
• Provide compassionate companionship to patients
Specific Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to undergo and pass a background check
Registered Nurses (RN/LVN)
We are looking for PRN Registered Nurses & Licensed Vocational Nurses!
Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel
• Patient assessments
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Coordination of care
• Health promotion and teaching
• Training of family members
Job qualifications
- Licensed RN or LVN in the state of Texas
- Current Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification (CPR)
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Preferably with Home Health work experience but not required
- Kinnser software use a definite plus
- WOCN or Wound Care experience preferred
Home Health Marketer
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the agency, hospitals, nursing homes, physicians and community organizations. Work with physicians and other health personnel to promote home health services. This role is responsible for selling home health services. The job will focus on sales opportunities. Traveling as needed during the sales process.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience selling home health services to healthcare providers in the DFW market
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in strategic selling principles and consultative selling
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Ability to multi-task and be adaptable
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Marketing/Sales in Home Health or other healthcare sales
experience
• Friendly outgoing personality
• Enjoys working with people
