What We Do
SKILLED NURSES (RN and LVN)
Alliance Home Health provides individualized nursing services for diabetic management, wound care, medication management, disease specific patient education, post-surgical care and rehabilitation, caregiver education, catheter and ostomy care, infusion therapy, cardiac/pulmonary rehab, and any other skilled nursing service per authorizing doctor’s order.
PHYSICAL and OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTS
We offer Physical and Occupational Therapy to help with patient’s pain management, provide endurance/strength exercise, program, total Joint program, home exercise, Memory/Cognition Treatment, Mobility/Gait Training, and Safety Assessment/Education
SPEECH THERAPISTS
Provides memory/cognition therapy, language/voice therapy and helps patient improve with swallowing difficulty and communication skills.
MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKER
Provides coordinated care to patients and perform psycho-social assessments, analysis, counseling and referrals to meet the needs of the patient/client and family.
HOME HEALTH AIDES/PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANTS
Our HHA’s & PCA’s provide assistance in patient’s personal care like bathing, dressing and grooming, preparing meals, light housekeeping that can help the patient feel better, be more comfortable or just make their day brighter.
ON-CALL
For peace of mind Alliance Home Health has available on-call after work hours and during weekends
At Alliance Home Health, we thoroughly screen our applicants for their credentials and their commitment to the profession. By receiving the appropriate medical attention or home support services, health risks are diminished. Our trained professionals can answer for care requirements while preventing further injury or health complications. Zion Rock Services provide assistance with daily living activities with compassion and care.
PRIVATE DUTY SERVICES:
*Patients on G-tube or NG-tube feeding
*Patients receiving intravenous nutrition
*Patients who are oxygen-dependent in conjunction with other medical needs
*Patients with complex medical needs such as frequent seizures
*Patients on a tracheotomy and/or ventilator-dependent
